Price shown on this website is for personal use only. (Personal use)
The same art piece will be charged doubled for commercial use.
Please inform the artist beforehand if the commissioned art is intended for commercial purposes.
Purposes counted as commercial use: illustration for a novel cover or story narration, printed arts, and any other purposes that could be profitable.
Deadline and schedule
- Generally, the picture size is set to A4 (2480 x 3508 400 dpi.) For screentone comics, the size is set to B6 (3024 x 4299 600 dpi.) (The actual size might be adjusted to keep the composition arranged.)
- For urgent work, please specify a clear deadline. (dd/mm/yy)
There will be an additional charge if the deadline is too short or if work is rushed afterwards.
- Working time depends on how detailed the artwork is. (approximately, 2 weeks - 2 months)
- Completed work will be sent through Google Drive. (please download within 7 days)
Terms of use
- Artwork’s copyright belongs to the artist.
Reposting the artwork by other people beside the owner is prohibited.
- Please give proper credit to the artist everytime the art is used or reposted.
- Every artwork will be used as a sample of work on the website and posted on a personal social media account. If the work is to be kept private, please inform the artist in advance. There will be an additional fee as the artist is unable to promote their artwork.
- Selling digital files of the art work, selling the art work as an NFT, or using it to train an AI generator is utterly prohibited.
Refund
- The 50% deposit before the work starts is nonrefundable, unless the artist is unable to continue working on such artwork.

After agreeing on commission price and estimated working time, you will be put in queue according to your sequence.

A deposit of 50% of the agreeing price is required prior to work. Customers also have an option to pay in full.4. Sketch
The artist will send a sketch presenting overall picture components.
This step is free to modify, unless the change affects the majority of the picture or the character’s posture. Major changes will be charged with additional fees.5. Line art
The artist will send detailed line art of the picture.
This step is also free to modify, unless the change affects the majority of the picture or the character’s posture. Major changes will be charged with additional fees.6. Payment : within 3 days
Pay in full before further rendering the artwork.7. Screentone / Colour
The artist will send a completed art with screentone or color.
This step can be modified 2 times for free. Further modification will be charged 10-15 USD per time.8. The completed work will be sent through email or Google Drive
The work will stay up for 7 days. Please download the file before it is deleted.
